Well,
Just came back from Leadership Camp.

Seriously lazy to elaborate.

Personal thoughts.
This camp is overall nice I guess.
For me at least.

I've got to see how cadets react under stress,
under pressure.

And I've also got to see how CLTs and seniors deal with cadets.
The way they punish the cadets is very different from us.
Now I understand how Fuhua NCC achieved such good standards in the past.

I guess each cadet who attended the camp got their own stories to tell too.
Some complaining about the harsh punishments,
some claiming to learn alot about leadership etc.

Congratulations to all who endured through the camp :)



Hm.
Year is coming to an end already.

Year 2009 is approaching !
O Level in less that 365 days.
My cadets are coming.
Alot more too.

I really wonder what awaits me.

Just hope it would be a smooth sailing one.
A real smooth sailing one.



Okays.
Korea in less than a week.
Still got alot of personal stuffs not settled.
