I receive 2 medals yesterday.

1 for cross country.
14th position ==".

And another for the NCC Specialist Course i attended during the June Holiday
IFC best for course .

IFC stands for Individual Fieldcraft btw.

Hm. Super tired now.

And my tailbone still hurts alot =/.

Cant sit.
Cant lie down.
So i can onli stand la.
Fucking hell.

Took 2 different painkillers at once liao.
But it still doesnt help.
Fuck man.

Oh oh . Yes.
Yesterday had NCC training !
Teach Part B some arm drills.

Realise i dont know alot of those arm drills sia.
Super xia suay infront of the cadets.

Then went Physical Training with them.
Quite fun uh.
Except that i cant do sit-ups etc cause of my backbone and tailbone.
Sucks !

Hm.

Yea .

Thats about it.

Shall go find some good place to stand , and watch tv.
