It shall be a new beginning.

My 16th year was an eventful one.
I've made friends that play very important roles in my life.
Their positive influence proved to help me alot, especially during my O level times.
Many was always there when I needed help.
I really appreciate these people,
even to those who just "lend me their ear" in times of need.

There were also my dearest family members who showered me with their love and care.
My parents, sibling and relatives.
Life would never be that easy without them.

Events like O levels, Prelims, 10th Anniversary, NCC POP and outings with all my friends were unforgetable.

My personal troubles including family problems and "special" problems plaque me throughout this no. 16th year.
It was both mentally and physically taxing.
But well, it seems that all is settled before I reach the age of seventeen.

My 17th year shall be another new chapter of life.

A brief update on what I'm doing recently.

I was returning home today when I saw a mother holding the hands of his son with one hand, another a cigarette on another, together with 2 other children following behind the pair.

The mother was puffing on her cigarette,
and I can see her son by her side trying hard to dodge the smoke that came out from the mouth of his mother.
Some things started to run through my mind again when I saw that. . .

Why do people always do things without thinking of the consequences ?
People do things recklessly,
which causes harm to not only themselves, but also people around them eventually.

There may not be a direct impact, but "side effects" are bound to happen.
And when those effects comes, people will start to whine about how sucky their lives is,
complaining how unfair this world is etc.

Reap what you sow.

Then I realise actually many of my actions had not only affected me, but people around me too.
I'm aware that what I 'd been doing is wrong, but yet I chose to continue.
I'd known earlier that the outcome of what I'm doing will not be that "Pefect Ending" that I wanted it to be, but yet I chose to continue. . .

Doesnt that makes me similar to the mother puffing on a cigarette with a child beside her ?

Let me share about this Meteor Shower Gazing I went to on Tuesday Night at Japanese Garden.
Went there with Xianqin.
Met up with Shengrong, Fredrick, Mervyn and Liyan.
There was this place with movies for people like us.
Decided to watch the movie after walking round the garden with Xianqin.

Anyw I caught my first Shooting Star while walking around Japanese Garden.
It appears only for a split second, and it was marvelous.
Well,
Only manage to see 7 shooting stars that day.
Sucks. ):

And went home to sleep for the next day.
One whole day wasted . . . ):

Hello :D
Wondering why I put the Singapore map up there?
I went night cycling with Junjian, Nicky, Xianqin and Leon.
And the lines in black are the routes we took.
We rode pass industrial parks, expressways, housing estates and all other nonsense.
Nice experience :D

We got our bikes at around 10pm.
Headed towards Changi Village for our supper.
Nasi Lemak. :D

Then we headed down to Pasir Ris via Loyang.
A very eerie route ):
Got to Pasir Ris, and we asked for directions from a taxi driver.
And we ended up by the side of an expressway.
So we rode down the damn expressway, and got to Hougang via Bartley.

Another 1 hour from Hougang to AMK.
Everyone was already dying by then.

Breakfast from 6am- 7am
Continued from AMK down to Serangoon.
And all the way from Upper Serangoon into Paya Lebar Road towards East Coast.

Cut through the whole of Aljunied after reaching Paya Lebar MRT station.
:D

It was 10am by the time i got back to East Coast.
10pm-10am :D

Covered a total of 49.299km est.
Woooooooo :D

A great experience :D.

I'm backk

Hm.
Had School Graduation on 09 October.
Went to school around 8am
Then went out of school to find Xianqin, Songyang and Nicky with Leon and Huaxuan.
Came back into school around 8.20am
We just went out of the school and no one bothers x)

Only had English lessons on that day.
Then went down to Hall for concert and prize presentation.
Concert was nice, esp Mr.Wong 's singing.
Imba =x

Went home after school around 1
Changed, and went down to Lakeside to meet ~~smelly honey~~ WY
Chat for awhile.
Then went Parc Vista to meet Ian, Selvia, Chenhui and Zhixian.
Poker until 4pm.
Went to take bus with Tedmond for a swim with Junjian, Xianqin, Darren.L & Weijun.

Had a swim for 2 hours !
Nice day out with them ((:
Really enjoyed myself

Went down to JP with them to play basketball at The Centris.
Zexian, Weiliang, Zhongsheng, Zeping was already there.
Aijie, Hongwei, Yongming and Leon came later.

Its like 14 people playing Bball.
Haha.
And I ate 2 box of Tori-Q before the game ):

Basketball from 8+ till 11pm
Then bus home with Aijie, Xianqin and Darren.L

Went to KFC for revision with Aijie on Saturday.
Was there from 3pm to 7pm.
Wanted to go home,
but went to catch a movie with Aijie instead.

A brief update on what happened a few days ago.

Went over to SimLim to meet Nathan, Aijie and Xianqin on Saturday evening.
Xianqin bought a Toshiba comp.
Had Ajisen ramen with them over at Bugis Junction.
Nathan and Aijie went off first,
and I went to collect the computer with Xianqin.

Went over to find Cindy, Celestine, Eileen and another guy over at Bt.Batok
Poker at the void deck.
Was fucking tired that time.
Stayed there for ard 2 hours.

They went home and I went over to Xianqin's house at 10pm.
Wait for him to get changed,
and we went down to JP, then to Yeetiong's house.

Songyang, Jiajun and Tedmond was there before us.
Leon came later.
Had 5 bottles of fucking Heineken.
Drank and played lame games.

I love beeeeer !
Heineken !

Started to gamble after that.
I stayed till 5+ in the morning,
and took a cab home (:

Slept till 1pm.
Spend the whole afternoon completing my homework.
And dinner with WY at night.

I'm typing this post the 2nd time because blogger is mad.

Yes yes.
I'm back again.
Today's Friday and I'm back to school after 4 days of break.
Was late for school :)

Lessons were okay.
Getting back all the prelims results,
and none of them are ideal
Fuck that shit.

Deeparaya celebration in school from 11.30 for 1hour.
Rush home aft that.
Got changed,
and down to JP to meet the guys :D

Wanted to pool,
but there was no available table.
We then decided to go Safra LAN.
Ate pig trotters with Xianqin while otw to Joo Koon.

I left the guys and trained to CCK to meet Phoebe Lye Wan Ting for dinner.
Reach CCK around 5pm.
Slack around Lot 1 from 5 - 7

Went over to bus interchange to accompany Cindy and Celestine to wait for Bus.

Then went back to Lot 1 to have dinner.
Pizza Hut :D

Walk over to Wan Ting's house after dinner,
and I went to the bus stop alone aft sending her home.
Almost got lost in that fucking big estate.

Just back home not long agoooo.
Went Orchard ION, Wisma and Cineleisure with Leon, Xianqin and Aijie.

Window shopping at Orchard ION.
Do stunts also

LAN at cineleisure.
DOTA for 1 hr, then MSN for 1 hr.
Kind of stupid to use MSN at LAN.
But nvm :D

Met Nathan at Tiong Bahru.
Then went dinner at Teh Tarik at 456 with Nathan and Xianqin,
while Aijie and Leon went home.

Cousin was sick, and I attended lesson alone.

Went back to aunt's house for a shower etc.
Left for Clementi at ard 6.30pm.

Aunt gave me a ride to Bedok station.

I've decided to move on.

For the past 2 months,
I've been living in my own little world
of uncertainty and fear.

The past 2 months fills up with different sort of emotions.
Anger, Sorrows, Bliss etc.

I can wake up and see a sweet morning greeting,
but I can also receive tons of 1 word replies that I dont know how to reply.

Its actually very amazing.
From strangers, to friends and to what we are now.
Just within a short 2 months time.

I remember I can sit on my bed,
and occupy myself for 2 whole hours just by text-ing.
And I would be sad the whole day when there's no reply.

And probably in the process of chatting,
I got the wrong signal,

No papers on Friday.
Woke up early.
Went ard Yuhua, then to Bt. Batok.

Monday.
Met Kristie to pass her uniform that she left at my house weeks ago.
Rushed home.

Waited for my friends to come.
Talk cork and wasted abt 3 hours there.

Went over to JE lib to do work.

Hello people :)
Here to post about Fuhua NCC Passing Out Parade '09.

Report for training around 4.45pm, which is after structured remedial.
Saw the Part Cs training my Part As.

Took over my part after the Part Cs go for their rehearsal.
I only had about prolly 30 minutes with them.
It was my last 30 minutes with my Part As.
Talked to them about what is happening, my hopes for them and expectations etc.

Got them sized up,
and fall them in at the Parade Square.

I still remember myself walking to the front of the platoon,
giving my very last command for them before I left.
That very moment. . .

Went to stand infront of my Part As while waiting for the parade to commence.
While waiting, I took a final look at the flag pole.
The flagpole which I used to salute proudly to with my No.4

I then looked around the parade square.
This damn parade square.
I'll never forget it.

Lastly, I turned over to look at my Part As.
They were the very first platoon that I am in-charge of.
For the past 6 months,
I spend 4 hours every friday with them,
teaching them basics of NCC.

Not all of them were present during the parade,
but I'll never forget anyone of them.
Never. .

The parade started.
I saw my fellow Part Ds being called out one by one,
and handing over their duties to the Part Cs.

I stood there waiting,
and my turn finally came.

" Part A PC of 2009. Koh Jian Rong. Staff Sergeant Koh Jian Rong "
The CO called my name,
and I marched out to the front of the parade square.
That was my last time marching in a parade.
The new Part A PC was then called out.

He is Noppadol.
Shake our hands,
and I marched back into the platoon I belong.
The platoon which I've been in for 3 damn years.
Part Ds. . .

The new USM took his position,
and we were dismissed.

" Who's the best ! NCC ! "
and berets of Part Ds started flying.
I threw my beret up,
and my eyes followed th flying beret as it lands on the hard floor of the parade square.

That beret.
That beret that followed me through my 4 years of NCC life.
Various courses, camps and trainings.
Not forgetting parades, promotions and ceremonies.
That beret was always there with me.

Went up to th AVA room for a video by the Part Cs.
It was about us, Part Ds.
The video showed many of our photos , taken since 2006.
Reminds me of how I entered NCC.

Dinner with my fellow platoon mates at Coffee shop,
and homed.

I sat down in the classroom, and was told to write my name on a piece of paper.
Watch the damn vid,
and 3 weeks later I was told I am a NCC cadet.

Like many other innocent sec 1s back in 2006,
I went for the first NCC training.
I was introduced to my first PC and APC
SSG Derek Chan and 1SG Delvin Chin
I remember standing in the canteen with many other sec 1s in rows of 3s.
I was told these people around me will spend 4 years with me.
And they are my current Part Ds.

Under my first PC,
we learnt basic stuffs like stationary drills, how to wear our uniform etc.
The PC was with us for 6 months, and one day someone just came and said he was our new PC.
SSG Darren Woon,
with his assistant 1SG Goh Jian Lai.
Under them,
we were taught more complicated drills.
We also had this " mental training" session,
where me and my platoonmates were punished in a very harsh way by the PC and APC.
Those moments,
are the ones that I will never forget.
We endured through many of these trainings as a platoon,
and we were bonded so closely that no other can imagine.

Then it was 1 year later when another guy came and said he is taking over us.
SSG Jeremy Ong,
and his assistant 1SG Ivan Ang.
They moulded us into leaders.
They taught us skills and ways on how to manage a company.
We were given a chance to run a camp,
which was an eye-opener to me as a APC for the camp.

It was also that year when I got my first medal from NCC.
Orienteering.
After so much trainings in the nature reserve, neighbourhood and cemetry.
Then we guys were send to a course - Specialist Course,
where many of us were promoted to the rank of Sergeant.

It was also during the course when I was awarded the Best IFC trainee.
A few weeks later and we were told we're taking over the unit.

I remember standing in a row with my platoon infront of the commanders back in 2008.
I was called, and they told me I am the Part A PC.

I was then later send to Senior Specialist Course with 4 other platoonmates,
where I was promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant, and awarded with the red and white lanyard.

I got my 2nd and 3rd medal from NCC on th same day.
Shooting medals.
Firing live rounds into targets.
A very wonderful experience for me.

I attended the last HQ camp later on,
Camp Pinnacle.
It was during the camp where I was exposed to many military equipments and machinery.
Was awarded the Camp Pinnacle Badge at the end of th camp.

A few months later and my platoon came.
Part A ' 09.
Had them for a short period of 6 months.
They were great.
They are the most wonderful cadets ever.
I feel glad to be their PC,
and in that short 6 months,
I taught them whatever I could.

Then 5th of August came.
And I officially handed my duties to the new leaders together with my platoonmates.

My GREEN story ended on 5th August 2009.
From a kid,
to a cadet,
to a specialist,
to a platoon commander.

It wasnt easy along the way,
but it was my platoonmates,
the Part Ds,
Part Ds ' 09 that helped me and supported me along the way.
They were the best morale support.

And not forgetting the Part As,
which made me learn how to become a better leader in the unit.
Although they gave me a hell lot of nonsense,
but they were a great bunch that made my last year of NCC life so interesting.

Part A' 09
I will never forget these people.

Now,
after so many parades, ceremonies
and having awards, medals and recognition.
I have officially left NCC,
handing over my duties of a Platoon Commander to the next batch of leaders.

Its a long time since I had an arguement with my parents.
But I just had one 5 minutes ago.

I dont know if the things I just said was hurtful,
but I am just trying to let them understand what I am thinking.

I dont understand why my family is so different from others.
I am not saying that my family is not good,
but sometimes I just that dont agree with the way they deal with things.

I remember my grandmother used to tell me this
" 我们是一家人，没有隔夜愁的。"
She also used to tell me that we should not mind helping our own family members.
Afterall, we are ONE family.

I believe that's the way she taught her children too,
my parents.

But why is the thinking of my parents so different ?
And must we draw a clear and distinct line in everything we do?

I really dont understand why.
Things like using the toilet in your room etc.
Why ?

I always tell myself to just keep my own fucking opinions and thoughts to myself,
so that we can save all the arguments etc.
But why must you people pick on such trivial things ?

Still have tons of homework left uncompleted.
Let me keep this post short but sweet :)

-Went to school much earlier today as compared to other days.

-Lessons aint as boring today

-Was moody initially, but some stuffs happened and I became slightly happier.

-Had a Emaths test today, and its was super imba.

-Went JP to get a stack of foolscap paper.

-Saw Nathan and Aijie.

-Got home around 6.30

-Mum gave me a book, " The Singapore Story - Memoirs of Lee Kuan Yew "
and I found myself addicted to that already.

Thats what roughly happened today :)
Im going back to my work that's piled sky highhhhh.

Life's getting seriously boring nowadays.

I always wake up late,
go to school late,
get screwed by teachers in school,
get screwed by homeworks at home.

And that's happening EVERYDAY.

I was taking th bus home today.
Bus 98.
I was happily pressing my phone when this 2 JV boys board th bus.
I assume they are sec 2 cause they are wearing shorts.

Both have nerdy hair, with a fucking high slope.
The 2 niggers sat down behind me,
and started to scold vulgarities ?
Then some pri school kids board the bus and the kids made alot of th noises.
So that 2 niggers started playing songs using their handphones.

The bus was so fucking noisy that I couldnt hear what th other party was saying when I was on th phone.
Niggers.

I turned around and stare at them aft I hang up th fone.
And guess what ?
That 2 niggers stared at me like caoahbeng.
I continue to stare at them and they turn away like nothing happen. ._.
Ball-less niggers ._.

Slope hair still stare back at me.

Life is really not that good now.

I've been late for school for almost everyday.
I either reach school on th dot,
or Im late.

So to prevent assholes student like me,
Fuhua Secondary School implemented a new rule!.

The students who are late will first be required to take their own tempt at th foyer.
Then they will be asked to move to th parade square and sing th national anthem & pledge.
Lastly, they will be asked to run around the school.
(No of times you run depends on no. of times youre late )

LOL?
So I sang th National Anthem and recited the pledge in the damn parade square today.
And all th lower sec pupils are actually looking at us ==".

Hello people :)
Im back to keep this place alive.
Thousands of you niggers had been pressing me to update,
so here I am :D

Hm.
Dont really know where to start from.
Lets see. . .

I went for JunJian's bbq during the hols on 24th June which is a Sunday.
Long day, but fun day out.
Especially stunts like running across the whole damn expressway etc.

Then I went to watch " Drag me to hell " with Ian, Selvia, Gabbie, Xianqin, Leon and Edmund.
Damn the movie.
Its like every 3 minutes there'll be something scary.
But nice storyline.

Spend the rest of th hols completing homework at home.

Oh ya.
I was out with Xianqin and Aijie to study at King Albert Mac on one of th weekend,
and Jingyi prepared dinner for me on one of the weekday.
Cant remember the exact dates.

School has been going on for 4 days already.
Holidays assignments, homework, tests, structured remedial till 4.30 . . . blah blah.
So many stuff going on at the same time.
Still trying to manage. :)

Sprain my ankle recently.
Was limping for the past few days.

Went Sentosa with NCC peeps on Tuesday.
Met at JP at 9.30am
LAN at Safra till 12.
Then headed down to sentosa.

Lie on the damn beach for 1 hour after screwing up Edmund's cards.
Took the tram from Siloso to Palawan just to shower cause the toliet at Siloso stinks.
Went back Vivo aft that.
Slack with Xq , Weijun, Junwei while waiting for those 4e1 people.
Home-ed around 11.

As for yesterday,
went King Albert's Park to study.
The sup big macdonalds'.

Only manage to complete 2 sets of work though.
:(

Hm.
There's still BBQ on sun,
pri sch gathering on wed
and training on fri before sch reopens.

Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
It would be good if sch hols extend by 1 more week :D.
